Ingredients: 

  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup white and/or brown sugar
  • 3/8 cup mixture of butter and canola oil
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • few drops of vanilla extract
  • chocolate bar / chocolate chips

Procedure: 

  1. Whisk together sugar, salt, and butter in a large bowl until a paste forms with no lumps.
  2. Whisk in egg and vanilla extract.
  3. Sift it flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder. (Do not overmix!)
  4. Fold in chocolate chunks.
  5. Chill dough in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Bake.
    Microwave oven: Microwave for 40-45 sec at 700 W.
    Oven toaster: Pre-heat the oven and bake at 180°C for 12-15 minutes.
  7. Let the cookies cool a bit before serving!



Ingredients:

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar or brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp margarine or butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda

Procedure:

  1. Smash the ripe bananas in a bowl.
  2. Add brown sugar and mix well.
  3. Add the eggs and mix well.
  4. Add the butter/margarine, vanilla, and condensed milk. Mix well.
  5. Sift the all purpose flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix well.
  6. Put the mixture into up to 3/4 of the molder.
  7. Steam for 20 minutes.
  8. Add cheese or chocolate on top and steam for another 5 minutes.
  9. Remove from the steamer and let it cool a bit before removing in the molder.
  10. Serve and enjoy!
